RSOG Donates Advanced Ultrasound Machine to CHUK
RSOG officially handed over a high-performance ultrasound machine to CHUK — one of the most advanced in East Africa.
This is part of RSOG's broader effort to strengthen maternal care via similar support to hospitals and staff training across Rwanda. The ultrasound machine will significantly improve maternal diagnostics capacity at CHUK and serve thousands of patients annually.

Advanced Ultrasound Training Completed
50+ healthcare providers successfully completed an advanced ultrasound training program in partnership with ISUOG.
The intensive 5-day training program equipped healthcare providers with advanced ultrasound techniques for maternal and fetal diagnostics. Participants came from all provinces of Rwanda, ensuring nationwide impact of this critical skills development initiative.

Official Launch of OB/GYN Residency Program
Expanding the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Residency Training across ten Level II Teaching Hospitals in Rwanda.
On 22 May at Rwamagana Level II Teaching Hospital. The new project "Expanding Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program in Ten Level II Teaching Hospitals in Rwanda" aims to increase the number of qualified OBGYNs by implementing competency-based training programs as part of the University of Rwanda Residency Program.

SOGC Training Program
Training organized by RSOG in collaboration with SOGC Canada to strengthen OBGYN capacity across Rwanda.
Led by the Aide internationale à l'enfance (AMIE) project, this initiative aims to increase awareness of health rights and access to health services for the most vulnerable women, adolescents and children. The program builds long-term clinical capacity through hands-on training and mentorship.
